To keep you humming with a state-of-the-art solution, all of the equipment we provide is backed by our guaranteed equipment replacement policy. If something breaks, we’ll fix it. If we can’t fix it quickly and efficiently, we’ll replace it. It’s as simple as that!
Under our unique 36-Month Equipment Replacement Policy, we are committed to upgrading and replacing every piece of equipment every 36 months, at no charge to you. Regardless of the condition, CDI will replace your equipment with the most up-to-date technology available, ensuring that your Parking Ticket Management solution is never outdated or obsolete.
Worry free… because maintenance is free
In the unlikely event the equipment breaks or malfunctions, call us. CDI’s support team is available around the clock. Our experienced technical support team will log and track all issues and ensure that you receive the assistance you need in a timely manner. With remote access to all CDI supplied systems most issues can be resolved before your call ends. If equipment cannot be repaired the hardware will be replaced and a field technician will arrive on site to install the new equipment.
Upgrades are automatic and free
Free ongoing upgrades to all hardware and software mean you will never be “left behind” with outdated technology. We periodically interview our clients and assess changes in the industry to identify important feature upgrades, then roll them out across our client base; all at no additional cost.
