Complus Professional Staff
When you work with Complus, you are served by some
of the most skilled, knowledgeable and experienced professionals
in the Parking Ticket Management industry.
From our corporate office to the field, Complus management
and staff are committed to providing our customers with
the innovative solutions, critical information, and
the reliable support they need.
The following are brief introductions to key Complus
management and staff personnel – the professionals
who will have a primary responsibility for making the
Parking Ticket Management System operate efficiently
and effectively for you, everyday.
Jeff G. Grossman, President
Jeff is a graduate of Pace University (New
York), where he majored in Computer Science and Accounting.
He worked for the Sperry Corporation for eight years
as a Technical Specialist and Applications Consultant,
assisting in the design of customer hardware requirements
and the installation of both systems and applications
software. In 1979, Jeff began working with municipal
governments as an independent consultant providing computer
programming expertise in a wide range of areas including
accounting, court administration, and personnel.
In addition to providing overall leadership to Complus,
Jeff is responsible for all technical development and
directing the ongoing process of keeping Complus on
the leading edge of applying technological innovation
to the task of Parking Ticket Management.
Stephen J. Hittman, Chief Operating Officer
Stephen is a graduate of Pace University (New
York) where he majored in Accounting. He worked in Public
Accounting for 26 years and was associated with many
closely held companies of small and medium size, performing
annual audits, preparing financial statements, handling
tax authority audits, preparing tax returns, and consulting
on a wide array of financial matters.
Stephen was Complus’ outside accountant until
he began working full-time with Complus. Today he is
responsible for all administrative functions as well
as sales and marketing, pricing and competitive analysis,
customer relations and business development.
Jennifer Rentz, Managing Director, Strategic Development
Jennifer graduated from Pace University (New
York) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
in Marketing Management and is currently working towards
a Master of Science Degree in IT. She has developed
her career in Client Services, Project Management and
Marketing, most recently for a Management Consulting
firm, where she worked closely with clients to develop
a broad range of projects and business ventures. Jennifer
brings nine years of Client Service and Management experience
to the Complus team.
In her current position with Complus, Jennifer manages
existing operational structures and helps develops new
concepts that keep Complus on the cutting edge with
product offerings.
Denise Mangano, Director of Technical Services
Denise graduated from Pace University (New York) with
a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. She
joined the Complus team in April 2002, applying her
4 years of prior IT experience as our Help Desk Analyst.
Since then, Denise has assumed the role of Complus’
Director of Technical Services, overseeing development of our complete parking ticket management software system.
In her current position, Denise’s responsibilities
include overseeing and managing daily network operations,
new client installations, and the help desk and field
support team. Additionally, she is in charge of the
overall design, operation, reliability and security
of Complus’ data and telecommunications infrastructure.
David Holler, Vice President – Business Development
David graduated from Keuka College with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Marketing. Before joining COMPLUS, David worked as
a Sales Representative for several years in the Pharmaceutical Industry
and brings a broad base of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting
and sales.
As part of the Business Development team, David is responsible for marketing
the COMPLUS program, attending industry trade shows, developing new accounts
and client retention. He also plays an active role in all RFP opportunities,
contract preparations and renewals. Along with Bill Geraghty, David makes
frequent client visits to ensure the proper delivery of services.
Allison Blau, National Director of Client Services
Allison is a native of Ohio and graduated from Youngstown
State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Prior
to coming to Complus, Allison held various positions
in the sales administration field.
In her current position,
Allison is charged with the responsibility of insuring
that our corporate policy regarding service to our clients
is implemented in a positive and caring manner. She
maintains a high profile with each of our clients by
frequently visiting each customer site, scheduling computer
requests, and handling questions and issues that arise
from time to time. Allison is also responsible for training
and re-training client personnel whenever new employees
are hired. She provides on-going support to our computer
users regarding current procedures and newly implemented
enhancements. In addition, Allison has over 14 years
experience working with municipalities and universities.
