Welcome to our newest parking ticket management client installation–Middletown, CT. Customers will now be able to pay their parking tickets online or by phone. As an added benefit, City workers will no longer have to data enter tickets–saving the City labor costs and cutting down on data entry errors.
More and more states are adding license hold/suspension programs or lowering the threshold of unpaid parking tickets. We help our municipal clients by facilitating these programs with each state DMV to help discourage repeat parking ticket offenders.
“One change over the last few years in the Parking Clerk’s Office is the use of more modern technology. Parking Officers now use mobile computerized ticket writers that print out tickets and that read the bar code on any vehicle’s inspection sticker.
